RESERVATIONS: NEW REQUIREMENTS AS OF SUMMER 2021
All reservations are made and confirmed online. We highly recommend that you contact us via phone at 508-938-9126 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org with questions and to confirm details BEFORE you make a reservation. Our rates are $1,900 per night, which does not includes a 10% Massachusetts Room Occupancy tax. Two night minimum stay is required. All stays are paid in full at time of reservation.
For early cancellations, 21 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 21 days notice, we retain the deposit unless we are able to resell the cancelled rooms. Rescheduling may be arranged in many cases, please send your request to email@example.com or call 508-938-9126.
CHECK -IN, CHECK-OUT and LATE ARRIVALS
Check-In time is 3:00 pm. Arrivals past 6:00 pm will be considered a late arrival and directions to your room and key will be found on the side door (facing the parking lot) by the pear tree. We require that you check-out by 11:00am to allow adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. You may store your luggage with us if you would like to spend the day touring Westport and the neighboring towns. However, we do ask that you reclaim any luggage before 6 pm. Late checkouts are charged accordingly.
All stays are paid at time of reservation. Our rates are $1,900, not including the 10% Massachusetts occupancy tax. We accept MasterCard and VISA for payment. You may call for payment arrangements if you don’t feel comfortable booking online.
Breakfast items are available in the Millie Reis Common Area from 8:30-10:00 am. Self serve Coffee, Tea, and Juices plus “Grab & Go” Pastries and Fruit. Please notify us of any special dietary needs or restrictions.
For the comfort of all our guests, we provide a smoke-free environment. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and our policy is enforced. Smoking may be enjoyed outside on the lawn, but not on the patio.
Well behaved children are welcomed at the Paquachuck. There are some steep stairs and we are on the water, so we ask that children be supervised at all times. Please respect the comfort of other guests.
Please no pets! A genuine service animal is the only exception. Please confirm before you arrive. If you are traveling with your pets, please call us for a list of local boarding kennels.
Complimentary off-street parking is provided for guests of The Paquachuck. A public parking area is directly to the right side of the inn.
